What services does
NationsHealth provide?
Through ourHassle Free Healthy Livingprogram, NationsHealth
provides home delivery of diabetes, ostomy, respiratory and
urological medical supplies and products with free shipping and no
insurance paperwork to fill out. For more than a decade, we've been
delivering healthcare Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and
Wellness and Chronic Condition Management solutions that drive
higher levels of member engagement and improved outcomes on behalf
of our healthcare business customers.
Who is eligible to
receive NationsHealth services?
You're eligible for this program if your physician approves the
request for supplies on your behalf. We also carry over-the-counter
supplies that do not require a doctor's order.
How do I become a
NationsHealth Customer?
Joining our program is simple. Call our Enrollment Department at
1-800-644-1050 or enroll
online.
Why is the NationsHealth
program better than going to my local
pharmacy?
We deliver everything you need, directly to your door, with no
charge for shipping. There's no need to spend time making trips to
the pharmacy. In addition to supplies for many conditions, we also
provide a large selection of medically-related products for
conditions most often brought on by diabetes, or are in some cases
useful for people without
diabetes.
How much of the cost will
I be responsible for paying out-of-pocket?
There are no up-front costs when you order supplies from
NationsHealth. Once we receive payment from your insurance, we will
bill you for any remaining portion that may be your responsibility.
Out-of-pocket expenses vary based on the supplies you order and the
reimbursement approved by your insurance plan. Medicare generally
reimburses 80% for diabetes testing supplies. However,
reimbursement from other types of insurances varies from plan to
plan. If you have a secondary insurance, it may cover some or all
of your out-of-pocket expenses. Before shipping your supplies, we
will contact your insurance plan to determine your estimated
out-of-pocket cost. It is always a good idea for you to contact
your insurance company in advance to ensure that you understand
your benefits.
If I do not have
insurance, can I purchase supplies for cash?
For customers without insurance, many products are available for
purchase by calling 1-800-644-1050.
Is there a charge for
delivering medical supplies and medications to my
home?
No. There is never a charge for shipping.
Who submits my claims to
Medicare or other insurance payer?
As a service to our customers, NationsHealth completes and submits
claim forms on your behalf.
What if I am not
satisfied with my medical supplies or
equipment?
NationsHealth has a 100% guarantee return policy on our medical
supplies. You are not obligated to keep any supplies unless you
are100% satisfied.
NationsHealth will reimburse Medicare and/or your insurance
company for claims already paid for returned supplies. For
malfunctioning medical equipment that has a manufacturer's warranty
(including glucose monitors and insulin pumps), we will assist you
with returning the product and the manufacturer will provide a
product replacement.
Prescription products: By law, we
are not allowed to accept returns of prescription products for
reuse or resale. If you have questions about your prescription,
please call our Customer Service Department toll-free at

a federal law that protects your private health information and
governs if and how your medical information is used and accessed.
HIPAA protects the confidentiality and integrity of the healthcare
information that you provide to us for your healthcare needs.
