Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 3/4 cup brown SugarTwin®
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raisins
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray 8" x 4"
loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon,
nutmeg and salt. Set aside.
- Beat the eggs until light and add SugarTwin®. Add
applesauce and vanilla.
- Add flour mixture and beat until smooth. Fold in raisins.
- Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees
C) for about an hour, or until a toothpick inserted into cake comes
out clean.
